My Favorite OKCREIA meeting of the entire year is coming this Thursday! That's right...It is January the beginning of another year...time to refocus on what’s important in our lives, where we are heading in our RE business, where our market is and the best path for us to get to our success.

I started investing in Jan of 2001, and after 18 years of investing through the ups and downs of the real estate market I have traveled many investment paths and done deals of all sizes and types. I was greatly blessed in building a Real Estate business that I could retire on in just 5 years that has continued to grow and evolve over time!

I am asked many times where did you begin, how did you do it or what is your SECRET?….My first thought is you make the decision and just go do it! My second thought is I owe lot of people my gratitude for guiding and teach me along the way so that I could realize my dreams.  

When I really think about those questions and what got me to where I am today there is one foundational concept for success that has always been my greatest challenge and at the same time when I overcome it, it produces my greatest success.
